Cricexapp Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Membership & Betting

These terms and conditions apply to the Cricexapp platform and all of its services. By registering, logging in, or using any feature on Cricexapp, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please discontinue use of the platform.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with Bangladeshi law. Cricexapp is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid licence. The platform is intended solely for users who are legally permitted to engage in online betting in their place of residence.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on Cricexapp. The name, mobile number, and date of birth submitted at registration will be verified at a later stage. If an account is found to contain false information during verification, it will be permanently suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account is permitted per person.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or banking details.
• Users under the age of 18 are not eligible to use this service.
• After registration, you must activate your account using a mobile OTP.
• KYC verification (national ID and selfie) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

Cricexapp reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Under normal circumstances, however, any adult Bangladeshi citizen is welcome to open an account.

It is your responsibility to keep your Cricexapp account password and login details completely confidential. Never share your password with anyone, and never leave yourself logged in on someone else's device.

• All activity on an account – bets, deposits, withdrawals – will be treated as the actions of the account holder.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• Cricexapp may temporarily lock an account if suspicious login activity is detected.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. Cricexapp's security team monitors for unusual activity and will alert members if anything suspicious is detected.

Deposits at Cricexapp are processed instantly via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum limit varies depending on the payment method and account type.

• Cricexapp does not charge any additional fees for deposits.
• Your balance should update instantly after a successful deposit. If there is a delay, please contact support with your transaction ID.
• Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted. Deposits must be made from the account holder's own mobile banking.
• If a fraudulent or suspicious deposit is detected, Cricexapp may place your balance on hold until the investigation is complete.

Withdrawing from Cricexapp is straightforward and is typically processed within 1–4 hours for regular members. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is up to ৳50,000.
• Higher withdrawal limits apply for VIP and high roller members.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered to your account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

Odds displayed on Cricexapp change in line with market movements. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation, except where a cash out option is available.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• There is a set maximum amount a member can win from a single match — this limit varies depending on the market and the match.
• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding match results, Cricexapp's decision will be considered final.
• Cricexapp reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In live betting, no bets will be accepted after the match has ended or the result has been confirmed.

If you lose connection during in-play or live betting, any bets already submitted will remain valid. Confirmed bets on the bet slip cannot be changed.

Cricexapp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Make sure to read them before claiming any bonus.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering (turnover) requirement must be completed first.
• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• When winning with a free bet, only the profit portion (excluding the stake) will be credited to your account.

Cricexapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its sole discretion. However, the terms of any bonus already active will not be altered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cricexapp. If any of these are detected, the account will be immediately suspended:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or error in the betting system.
• Placing bets using prior knowledge of a match or its outcome (insider betting).
• Buying, selling, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.

If such activity is detected, Cricexapp may close the account, forfeit any associated balance and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.
